Tablerock Lake- The lake level is at power pool due to recent rains and the water temp is @51 which is warmer than usual for this time of year. The fishing has been good to say the least, both shallow and deep, with the deep bite being the most consistant.Try the bluff ends with timber and throw the suspending rogue in the Tablerock shad color, the main tributaries (James,White,Kings) have been the best. For the deep bite I have been catching the fish in the backs of the major creeks.Fish in 50 to 80 feet of water. The fish have been in the tops of the timber  35 to 50 feet deep over the deeper water.Watch for the gulls and loons feeding on shad and the fish will be there. The baits that have been working best for me have been a 1/2oz white spoon or a drop shot with a Chompers plum drop shot worm.Winter fishing in the Ozarks can be some of the best of the year so get out there and get you some!

Until next time good luck and good fishin’.
